Orange is associated with joy, warmth, enthusiasm and happiness and is said to promote; creativity, wellbeing and emotional strength in difficult times - all things which right now feel good to have in abundance.

Our style mood board items inspired by the positive aspects of orange - feel fresh and fun and pick up on that energy and creativity; a top and skirt from Johanna Ortiz - which together works as a stunning dress look as well, earrings from Dorothee Schumacher, the Frankie jumpsuit from Rixo that is great for day or to dress up in the evening (when those days come again) and there are some lovely gold cuffs out there right now at; Cornelia Webb and Deborah Blyth

Our choice of the colours we pick for what we wear, what we have around us in our house and office environment can have a huge impact on our wellbeing and energy - for example; orange can help one feel more determined and creative, yellow can give us a feeling of; ‘get up and go’, blue can offer a sense of tranquility and green can symbolise nature, growth, stability and endurance.

Colour can also impact our skin tone and therefore the way we look. Our skin tone and texture changes over our life time and those colours that suited us in our 20’s and 30’s may not necessarily help us to look healthy and feel confident in later years. Considering whether a colour drains us or gives us a glow can either help us look good and feel more confident or feel tried and lacking in confidence. Getting help to establish the right colour palette and also the style of clothes that best suit us can be a really transformational experience and change the way people see us and most importantly how we feel. Because when we look good, we feel good.
