In conversation with Denise Chilton

Executive Coach Denise Chilton is a ball of energy, positivity and spirit! She certainly fits the Rocking The Journey label.

In advance of the publication of her debut book Suddenly Single, she tells us why a major love crisis in her early 40s completely changed the direction of her life. The man she loved, and was about to marry, suddenly told her he was leaving and the world she knew and had tried so hard to build suddenly crumbled around her.

Suddenly Single charts her journey from broken woman to a glorious new life with lots of different opportunities and directions. She admits that she had been broken and spent a long time wondering what was wrong with her. But with kindness, a good strategic plan for healing, and lots of loving support she spent time rebuilding a completely new persona and now has no plans to trade in her single status.

As a Coach, specialising in female leadership, she notices how many women have “relational issues” but that often the real issue is the relationship that we have with ourselves. Working on that provides lifelong healing, she says.

Suddenly Single is published in May 2021 and is available for pre-order at splendidpublications.co.uk.
