ICONIC WOMEN'S CREW NECK SWEATSHIRT

Product Care:

We print to order, so each and every item is printed just for you and is unique.

We use heat press vinyl, and occasionally on receiving your product through the post and sometimes after washing, the vinyl can look wrinkled. Don't worry, this is normal and any wrinkles can easily be smoothed out by turning the garment inside out (or placing greaseproof paper over the top) and using a hot iron (cotton setting) directly over the design.

For best results, follow the care instructions on your garment label when it comes to washing. Turn the garment inside out to protect the slogan from rubbing against other garments in the washing machine and wash at 40 degrees. Dry on a washing line or airer instead of the tumble drier (unless on a cool setting), and never place face down on a heated towel rail.

Very occasionally the edge of the vinyl design might lift off the fabric after a few washes. If this happens, it's easily fixed. Place some greaseproof paper over the part where the vinyl has lifted and press for a few seconds with a hot iron (cotton setting) until the vinyl re-sticks to the fabric.

Returns Policy

We are happy to provide full refunds for purchases returned within 14 days in perfect condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not smell of perfume, food or pets. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

As we are a small business, the cost of returning an item to us falls upon the purchaser, not on Rock MY Age.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
